Emergent Leader increases a leader's ability to initiate, realize, and manage growth for themselves, for their organizations, and for those they lead and serve. The experience explores core leadership models through teaching, peer review and evaluation, cohort accountability groups, skill development practicums, and assignments between events and is provided by a team with experience and proven results in leadership and organizational development within the church and business worlds. The Emergent Leader training is being offered for people working or volunteering in Lutheran Organizations of North America.
